How to make a website | Website Conceptualization
 The definitions of conceptualization are as follows:
- Inventing or contriving an idea or explanation and formulating
it mentally
- The act of creating something by thinking
- Ideas or actions intended to deal with a problem or situation
- A way of conceiving something
As we can see from the definitions that conceptualization is basically
creating something by thinking it.
Before your start with your website you will need to have a idea
or mental picture of what you want to do. Everything that we see and
use
today started with a thought or idea. Even the pc or laptop that
you are busy working on was somebody else's idea.
Before Henry Ford made his first automobile, it all started with
a thought and a idea in his mind. Look he had the idea, but he
probably had a lot of skeptics. People that did not believe that it
is possible
to make a automobile. They simply did not see what he was seeing.
If he
had to loose his focus and believe the skeptics and not act on
his idea, there would be no Ford automobiles today. He was a visionary,
believed
in his vision and that is why he became so successful.
Before you create your first website, it will all start with an
idea. Have a vision of what you want to do.
When I started one of my successful websites called www.6pack.co.za.
I had an idea of doing a fitness website of how to get a flat
stomach and six pack abs. I pondered on the idea and got a
mental picture
of what
I want to do. I believed that this idea had the potential to
become very successful. After some brainstorming and market
research I
simply acted
on my idea.
Today I make lots of dollars from this site. Most
of my keywords place #1 and others in the top 10 in all the
major search
engines. Often
times my website rank top from millions of other websites on
the same topic. One of my keyword place no 4 in Google search
engine from 250 000
000 other fitness websites in the world. In my stats report
I saw
that there were almost 3000 different keywords that people
used to get to my
site, and all of them were in the top 10 from millions of other
websites.
No idea is stupid. See the end result before you even start
with making your website. What do you see?
A website starts with an idea. Let's start of by asking a
couple of realistic questions.
- Why do I want to create a website?
- What are my interests and hobbies?
- What type of website do I want to create?
- What is the purpose of my website?
- Who is my target audience?
- Do I have a budget?
- Is there a gap in the market?

In my book conceptualization is one of the most important
factors in creating anything. Why? It all starts with
a simple idea.
Believe that your idea can work and just do it. Only
you can make it work for you.
